National System Award 2010	About Us: The Hamilton Amateur Radio Club was formed on the 12^th of March 1923. It became a Branch of NZART in 1932. Our Club Rooms are located at 88 Seddon Road in HamiltonCity. We currently have about 30 members, who are involved in the majority of aspects of Amateur Radio. As a Branch of NZART, The Hamilton Amateur Radio Club supports NZART and encourages all Radio Amateurs to belong to the National Association.			Photo: ZL1PK

	Meetings: The Committee meet at the Clubrooms on the first Wednesday of the month. General club meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the month, generally at the clubrooms. Please see the upcoming meetings page for details of the next meeting. We generally have a speaker speaking on an aspect of Amateur Radio, followed by a time of fellowship and a cup of coffee together. Our Annual General Meeting is held on the 3^rd Wednesday in February. AREC Section Meetings are held on the fifth Wednesday of the month. Back to Top
	News: NZART AGM and Conference – 2010: The combined Auckland Branches of NZART, invite NZART members to Auckland for the AGM and Conference, Queens Birthday Weekend, 5th - 7th June, 2010. It is to be held at the Alexandra Park Raceway, Greenlane Road West, Epsom, Auckland. Programme and details available later. Website for details HERE. Annual Club BBQ: Will be held on Saturday 5th December, at the clubrooms, with the BBQ being fired up at 12 noon. BYO food to eat. National System Award: This event starts on Friday, 1 January, 2010 and concludes on Sunday, 7th February. Operators from Branch 12 required. If you can assist, please contact branch.12@nzart.org.nz Annual General Meeting: The first meeting for 2010 will be the AGM on Wednesday, 17th December, 2010, starting at 7:30pm at the club rooms, 88 Seddon Rd., Hamilton.
